Certain hardware or configuration upgrades may invalidate your registration key. To request a new key, please look up the following two pieces of information:

IzyMail:

1. The new 'Product ID' as found on the IzyMail control screen
2. Your original order reference number from the order confirmation message

then proceed to the IzyMail registration update page.

Pop3Hot:

1. The new 'Product ID' as found on the Pop3Hot diagnostics screen
2. Your original order reference number from the order confirmation message

then proceed to the Pop3Hot registration update page.
