Certain hardware or configuration upgrades may invalidate your registration key. To request a new key, please look up the following two pieces of information:
IzyMail:
- The new 'Product ID' as found on the IzyMail control screen
- Your original order reference number from the order confirmation message
then proceed to the IzyMail registration update page.
Pop3Hot:
- The new 'Product ID' as found on the Pop3Hot diagnostics screen
- Your original order reference number from the order confirmation message
then proceed to the Pop3Hot registration update page.
